"I want to thank you Bernadette for applying & working your magic on my
hurt & crippled back & neck area. Also my feet. I use to wait a half hour
every morning upon rising before getting out of my bed to just walk to
the sink for a glass of water. My feet would hurt so badly I would first
need to adjust every morning before walking on my feet.
Now I just wake up & stand up, stretch & give thanks my feet don't hurt me
any more. Also this chronic lower back injury I had hurt me for many years.
I have been to chiropractor & other massage therapist in the past with
only short length results.
After having you work my back it healed. Also my neck, I couldn't get rid
of this achy neck & upper tight back. After letting you work on my upper
back & neck area my neck & upper back felt much lighter & more relaxed.

My muscles routinely get very tight
but after having a deep tissue massage with Bernadette, they are more
flexible, and I feel great! She is very knowledgeable about muscles
and how they affect other parts of your body. She even gives
me suggestions for exercises to help my muscles relax! I told her she
should be a physical therapist. I just wish I could see her more often.
